It was two early 19th century north-east farmers, Watson of Keillor in Angus, and McCombie of Tillyfour in Aberdeenshire, who changed the world. The result of their careful breeding was the Aberdeen Angus cattle. Most say it's the best beef anywhere, with over 40 million farmed around this earth.
