Gillian Bell - Managing Director. Gillian grew up in the foodworld in her family’s previous business theScottish Gourmet. With a degree in International Relations, and a loveof cooking and wine, she ran the family business before it was sold in1999. This was followed by a career in financial marketing working withbig brands such as Sony and American Express. Looking for a change sheset off around the world seeking new tastes and adventure, returning in2003 to where her heart lies; the finest food, drink and Scotland.Gillian not only has her hands full running Caleyco, she writes andspeaks on food, is a single mother to delightful 2 year old Aine and together they are planting up their own kitchen garden. Contact Gillian. Can Besev - Operations Manager. Turkishborn Can (pronounced Jan), grew up amongst the olive groves around theAegean. An engineer by degree, he has pursued a career in qualitysystems and food management since leaving Turkey. He also teachesTurkish at the local Borders College and to private individuals. Hugely passionate about good food and quality of service Can iscurrently writing a cookery book to raise funds for disadvantagedchildren in his native land. Can is also our diet guru, he'scurrently developing his own diet programme (he lost 2 kg last week!)eating the finest Caledonian Connoisseur produce.... watch this space!

Sometimes, however, these products are oflimited supply so make sure you order early.
