+2 tablespoonfuls of finely chopped fresh dill (oryou can use parsley)
+4 thick tuna steaks
Instructions...
1.Forthe dressing mix the lemon juice, salt and pepper and 4 tbsp of the oil thenstir in the parsley or dill.
2.Heatthe remaining 2 tbsp of the oil in a large non stick frying pan. When hot, addthe tuna steaks and cook them over high heat on each side, sprinkling themlightly with salt.
3.Servethe tuna steaks with the dressing poured over and with a salad or MashedPotatoes with Olive Oil and Spring Onions.
