Your orders are made up specifically to order, for instance your fish is caught fresh or your bakery goods fired. For us to be able to offer such a wide variety of products your order must be placed by 12pm on a Monday so that it can be delivered on the following Friday. You can also place orders for advanced deliveries.
Your order will be sent by Parcel Force with a 24 hr delivery. If you wish to make alternative delivery arrangements, please phone us on 01573 227 310. Orders require a signature upon delivery unless you make prior arrangements. There is a delivery charge of ú7.95 for most mainland UK orders.
At present we are only able to deliver within the United Kingdom.
Payment
We accept credit card payments through protx for online shopping. We accept credit card payments by Mastercard, Visa, Switch/Maestro and Delta for telephone, internet and mail orders. We accept cheques for telephone and mail orders. Payment must be made at the point of order.

Substitutions
We work with small specialist artisan food producers and many of the products we offer are only available in limited supply. Please place your order early to ensure youÆre not disappointed. If for some reason your chosen product is not available, we will telephone you to advise and offer you an alternative product.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations can only be accepted before 11am on the Monday prior to despatch. Please contact us on 01573 227 310.
Non delivered orders can be replaced or refunded upon written proof of non-delivery from the courier. Please contact us at Home Farm, Newton Don, near Kelso, TD5 7SY.

Fantastic Foods (Scotland) Limited guarantees you excellence in quality of product and service. If you are unsatisfied with any of your purchases, please contact us on 01573 227 310 to discuss. We shall make every endeavour to ensure you are happy with the service.
If you are still unsatisfied, we will give you a full refund or credit your account.
