-450g. fresh tuna -1 large shallot - finely chopped -2 cloves of garlic - finely chopped -1 tsp finely grated ginger -1 small green chilli - finely chopped -1 avocado - peeled & diced -2 tsp soy sauce -salt & freshly ground pepper to season -Oil for frying / grilling
Instructions :
1 - Finely chop the tuna, but do not mince it as this spoils the requiredtexture 2 - Place the tuna in a bowl and add the shallot, garlic, chilli, avocado &soy sauce 3 - Season well with the salt & pepper. Using your hands mix lightly makingsure you don't squash the avocado too much. 4 - Shape into 4 burgers and chill them until you are ready to cook them. 5 - Brush the burgers with a little oil, place under a preheated grill and cookfor 3 - 4 mins each side. Or fry in a little oil - which ever you prefer 6 - Serve with red onion, lettuce & sauce of you choice either with theburger bun or net.
