-1 Butternut squash (peeled, deseededand cut into chunks) -1 Medium onion -2Sweet potato (peeled and cut intochunks) -1 medium tomatoes -1 medium potato -1 teaspoon curry powder -500ml chicken stock -1/2 teaspoon dried coriander -1/2 teaspoon onion granules (optional) -black pepper (to taste) -1/4 teaspoon allspice -2 teaspoons of cream
Instructions :
-Cut all vegetables to equal size, place in a pot with herbs, curry powder,stock cube and boil in enough water to just cover ( you may have to add alittle more, if the water reduces before vegetables are cooked), -When vegetables are tender, either mashby hand or put in the blender.
- Use enough water to get athickness you are happy with. -Add allspice, black pepper and cream, serve.
