Cream of Celeriac and SpinachCream of Celeriac andSpinachIngredients:-1 litre chicken stock -1 cup white wine -1 leek, thickly sliced -1 large celeriac, diced -400g fresh spinach leaves -nutmeg -salt and ground black pepper -double cream Instructions:-Mix the water and wine in a jug. Place the leek,celeriac and spinach in a deep pan and pour the liquid over the top.
-Bring to boil, lower the heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes (until vegetablesare soft). Add cream and puree with handblender.
Reheat gently.
